UV AIR STERILIZER TUNNEL
We are proud to be manufacturer of the first air and person disinfectant tunnel based on Ultra Violet (UV) and ozone gases in Iran that is based on implementation of hospital systems and operating rooms to remove as many microorganisms as possible from microbes and viruses, the system of UV lamps and ozone generators technology is used in the ventilation system.
The use of ozone gas in these ventilation systems increases their disinfecting power by 3000 times in compare with use of antiseptics like chlorine. In addition, according to the report of the World Health Organization on the allowable limit of the use of this gas in equipment (PPM 0.125) does not pose any danger to human health system and UV radiation output from this device is zero that makes them harmful to children and pregnant women.
Another advantage of using ozone gas is that, unlike other disinfectants such as chlorine and formalin, it does not cause the production of any toxic or harmful substances, and after 5 to 10 minutes, it becomes oxygen, during which the cleaning operation continues. Steps to enter the tunnel:
Before entering the tunnel, in a special pad, the soles of the shoes are cleaned with a disinfectant solution, and after entering the tunnel, there are three stages of disinfection:
- First, all the particles on the body will be cleared by UV rays
- Second, air shower with a weak solution of ozone gas
- Finally, the person will be disinfected by UV rays and exit the tunnel

Ozone is a naturally occurring gas created from oxygen atoms. The oxygen molecule is made up of 2 oxygen atoms. These oxygen molecules are broken into atoms by the corona discharge during lightning storms or by UV light from the Sun.

We evaluated the feasibility of using ozone gas as an effective means of
decontaminating various hard and porous surfaces containing dry or wet films of different viruses, in the presence and absence of cell debris and biological fluids. Following successful laboratory experiments, we then developed an efficient prototype ozone generator and catalytic converter that could be used in a room containing viral contaminants. We also examined a role for high humidity in enhancing the virus inactivation process, and incorporated this feature into the field tests.
